Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the state in which it was received. It should also be in its original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or evidence of purchase.

 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail advising you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

If the package has been returned to us after several attempts to deliver to you, our post will make a payment of $9.95 for the return shipment. We can issue a refund when we get the package. So when we receive it and pay for the shipment back $9.95 we will make a refund less $9.95.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you have not received a refund yet, double-check your bank account.

 

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially displayed.

 

Then reach out to your bank. There is often a certain amount of time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@goldtrends.co and we will provide you with the details.

 

Shipping

 

To return your product, you need to send your product to the address provided and we will write to you.

 

It will be your responsibility to pay your shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are reimbursed, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time required for your traded product to arrive may vary.

 

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We make no warranty that we will receive your returned item.
