If you would like to return one or more items for a refund or exchange, please send an email to support@goldtrends.co.

Our processing time usually takes 1-3 days. Afterwards, all conditions depend on the delivery. First, international parcels are not always properly tracked. Therefore, if there were no movements for a long time with your tracking number, it could have been changed by your local mail. Second, the delay may be due to customs. Unfortunately, we cannot influence that in any way. If 30 days have passed since the order was placed and the package is still not delivered, please write to us and we will request mail. We'll try and track down the package. In the event of a lost package, we will provide you with a replacement or a free refund. Please be patient. We will age for you, and we want you to enjoy our products!
- Please do not return any items before completing a return request and having a return authorization number (RA). Returns received with no RA number will not be processed.
- All returns must be in resale condition and in its original packing.
- Once we have approved your return, we will send you the details of where to send your order, and what happens afterward.
- Once we receive the return, it may take up to 5 business days for your request to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued. We can contact you to discuss options, and if you have requested a trade-in to confirm the product you wish.
- Items should be returned within 30 days from the order date.
- We may ask you to provide pictures if any item is damaged, defective or incorrectly sized.
- A tracking number is also required for returns. Please, when you ship back, please email us the tracking number of the package.
Customers will have to pay for the return of the items, unless an item is defective or we have made an error in your order.
